Southbound & Crown (“Southbound & Crown,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Southbound & Crown website and member platform (the “Platform”). This policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use the Platform.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, account credentials, and information you submit through the Platform, such as event sign-ups, feedback, and member-profile information.

When you sign in with Google or Discord, we receive the basic account information that provider makes available, such as your name, email address, and profile image. We do not receive or store your Google or Discord password.

We may also collect limited technical information, including browser type, IP address, device information, and activity needed to operate, secure, and improve the Platform.

How we use information

We use information to:

  • provide and administer member access to the Platform;

  • manage memberships, events, sign-ups, and club communications;

  • respond to questions and support requests;

  • protect the security and integrity of the Platform; and

  • improve Southbound & Crown’s services and operations.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information.

We may share information with service providers that help us operate the Platform, including hosting, authentication, database, and email providers. Those providers may process information only as needed to provide their services.

We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect Southbound & Crown, our members, or others.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Platform, maintain club records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We may delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information by contacting us at support@southboundcrown.com. Some information may be retained where necessary for legitimate club, legal, or security purposes.

You may disconnect Google or Discord from your account through the relevant provider’s account settings. Disconnecting a provider does not automatically delete your Southbound & Crown account.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

Children’s privacy

The Platform is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the effective date above.
